CENTRAL FLORIDA – It’s the holiday season and no one is immune to the stress that comes with this time of year. The holidays can be a financial burden on many. Including the jolly elf himself, Saint Nicholas. Santa has been spotted splitting his duties among all of the central Florida parks including Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and Bush Gardens.
“Well, the problem is the supplies to make all these toys isn’t
cheap.” States Santa. “It doesn’t help that this economy has really done a
number on import/export where a lot of my toys supplies come from. Tariffs on
wood and aluminum are through the roof and it’s hurting my purchase price with my
foreign supply chain.”
One can wonder how Santa is able to make his shifts at all
of the parks given their distance and the time it takes to traverse the Orlando
traffic. “Well, I’m lucky to have the sleigh which can fly at the speed of
light. I can put in a few hours of meet and greet at Busch Gardens, head over
to do the Universal parade (since the park closes before sundown most days),
and make it to Magic Kingdom in time for the Christmas party parade.”
Santa states it’s not all that bad and that it’s just a
minor hiccup in what is otherwise a smooth process. “I just need some extra
cash. Once the season is over, I’ll go back to doing my Halloween Horror Nights
podcast that is exclusive to my 5 Patreon Patrons.”
